Chardon Metal Products Maintains a diverse offering of machining processes.

For higher volume machining we utilize multi-spindle screw machines including Davenports and Acmes. For specialized materials and more stringent requirements, we draw on our CNC equipment which include lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers with live tooling. Capabilities include diameters up to 10” and lengths up to 12” long.

Chardon Metal Products also offers tube bending and forming and currently serves marketplaces including lawn and garden, HVAC, fluid power, and the food industry. We are equipped with benders, presses, end formers, tube cutoffs, saws, and a mix of other forming equipment.

Chardon Metal Products has extended its process offerings to include component assembly. We offer MIG & TIG welding, as well as brass and silver soldering. We also perform pressing and crimping in our assembly operations. And, if required, once a product is assembled, we have testing capabilities.
